Delivery is charged at a flat fee of R70 and will be displayed when you checkout. Free delivery is applicable to all orders over R1000 country wide, after promotions & discounts are applied. Expect delivery between 2-3 business days for major centres, and between 3-5 days for outlying and remote areas. Chilli Chilli uses an economy door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa. Please note that we do not currently ship any items internationally.
Yes. A selection option will be displayed at checkout for Cape Town City residents only. The collection point is Fiddlesticks Haberdashery, Shop 4, Red Sails Building, Hout Bay Main Road. Collection available from Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm.
You are welcome to return your used empty Chilli Chilli glass jars or bottles to any of our market stalls & get R5 per jar off your next purchase. We are all doing our best to contribute to sustainability through Reuse and Recycling efforts. Please note, this is applicable to Market Stalls only, and not at any of our stockists.
